The First Agreement: Always be Impeccable With Your Word.

This should mean avoiding rumors, falsehoods, empty vows and other actions we bring about issues with our words. Express only what you mean, and be aware that you can produce damage if you're not prudent with every remark you state.

The Third Agreement: Don't Make Assumptions.
